Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee and maintain software components and interfaces for ADAS firmware.
• Conduct detailed CPU and memory profiling to monitor and optimize stack performance.
• Act as the primary integration contact for external firmware partners.
• Debug communication issues across CAN, Automotive Ethernet, and TCP/UDP networks.
• Develop and maintain test, validation, and automation frameworks using Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feature readiness and support vehicle-level testing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Garden Grove, CA
• Significant experience in firmware development with microcontrollers.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with Embedded Linux development and debugging.
• Solid understanding of automotive networking protocols like CAN, CAN FD, and Automotive Ethernet.
• Experience with debugging tools such as Wireshark, CANoe, and GDB.

Nice to have

• Experience with AUTOSAR and ISO 26262 functional safety.
• Familiarity with ROS2 or DDS middleware.
• Exposure to HIL/SIL environments and ADAS development workflows.
• Experience supporting software integration through production vehicle launches.
