What you will do

  • Build and manage the Executive Briefing and Executive Sponsorship programs to deepen strategic customer and prospect relationships.
  • Develop and oversee an Investor Program to cultivate relationships and support pipeline and growth objectives.
  • Lead the design, registration, and execution of flagship revenue events, including the Annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) and Silverback Circle incentive trip.
  • Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for the CRO organization, ensuring alignment on logistics and materials.
  • Manage the operating rhythm and administrative scheduling to keep the CRO organization running efficiently.
  • Facilitate employee gift and recognition programs across the revenue organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management and executive engagement, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling programs from the ground up with strong documentation.
  • Experience managing budgets and navigating procurement and contracting processes.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate with C-suite executives and senior sales leaders.
  • Proficiency with Cvent and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% to support key events.
