What you will do

• Define and manage timelines for enterprise-wide, multi-module software deployments.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and external client teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical project leadership from kickoff to go-live, managing dependencies and risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital stakeholders, from frontline staff to C-suite executives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive structured approaches to close gaps.
• Articulate the value proposition and ensure adoption of workflows and tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise SaaS implementations.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
• Certification in Epic modules such as IP Orders, IP ClinDoc, or Ambulatory.
• Proven track record in hospital systems and EHR implementations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Java, and complex Excel functions.

Nice to have

• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience with HL7/FHIR integrations.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience working with clinical or process consultants.
