What you will do

• Own and improve internal reporting cadences, including CEO briefings, Board materials, and All Hands updates.
• Implement and scale AI-powered automations and LLM-based workflows to reduce manual operational work.
• Drive cross-functional processes such as rollout logs, retrospectives, and team onboarding.
• Monitor KPIs and resource allocation to identify blockers and propose concrete solutions.
• Support leadership with ad-hoc research, vendor coordination, contract reviews, and candidate pre-screening.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and analysts to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in tech or product environments.
• Proven experience managing recurring reporting cycles for leadership and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate KPI data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
