What you will do

• Manage documentation from vendors and supply chain partners to ensure compliance with Lacey Act, CPSC, and other government agency requirements.
• Create and maintain certifications for US imports, including FDA and EPA documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy within Oracle and QuestaWeb systems through regular audits.
• Document and formalize compliance processes and track internal performance through audits.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Legal, Sourcing, and Transportation to support CTPAT involvement.
• Maintain departmental calendars and ensure timely completion of compliance tasks.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field, such as customs brokerage or import/export compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, global logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
• Knowledge of Customs and Other Government Agency (OGA) regulations and Harmonized Tariff classifications.
