Salary: $33,300 - $45,760 USD

What you will do

• Manage import and export compliance recordkeeping activities.
• Conduct HTS, Schedule B, and ECCN classification research.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Extract and analyze trade-related data, including imports, exports, and country-of-origin.
• Maintain internal compliance procedures, SOPs, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, and Legal teams on compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (Business, Organizational Management, or Supply Chain preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organization skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Deerfield, IL (Hybrid).
