Salary: $94,200 - $125,500 plus commission

What you will do

  • Develop and execute business plans for large, complex healthcare accounts to achieve annual quotas.
  • Implement C-suite sales strategies to ensure high-level internal buy-in for hirify.global solutions.
  • Conduct discovery processes to validate prospect needs and develop ROI-based business cases.
  • Perform Strategic Business Reviews to expand product usage and identify new problems to solve.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and lead generation using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support to maximize customer value.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years selling complex technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing large strategic accounts and exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Must be based in Denver, Colorado, United States.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Nice to have

  • Previous ERP sales and/or healthcare supply chain sales experience.
  • Experience with various ERP systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and CRM applications.
