What you will do

• Transport, install, and maintain lottery equipment at various retailer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, including component replacement and minor adjustments.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers to report activity, arrival times, and resolution details.
• Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts while tracking inventory levels.
• Provide training to retailers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Follow vehicle safety policies and maintain company-provided equipment.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related position.
• 1+ years of experience in technical repairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work at heights or in close quarters.
• Must be able to work on-site in Houston, TX.
