What you will do

• Commission, troubleshoot, and repair utility-scale inverters in the field and via remote support.
• Perform maintenance activities in accordance with product manuals and contractual obligations.
• Analyze inverter data and manage spare parts inventory accurately.
• Work with high-voltage DC electricity and three-phase power systems.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while optimizing service costs.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and able to travel significantly for domestic and international site visits.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical, electronic, or network communications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme temperature conditions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the solar energy industry.
