What you will do
- Install, configure, and perform preventative maintenance on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and other utility products.
- Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone or on-site down to the component level using internal diagnostic tests.
- Manage customer tickets and part inventory through Salesforce and record time daily using ADP.
- Train less experienced technicians on effective troubleshooting techniques.
- Verify property specifications to set correct game options and parameters.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition and adhere to Fleet Vehicle Policies.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old as required by law.
- Valid driver's license for the state of Washington.
- Valid gaming card or the ability to obtain one.
- 1-2 years of experience in the assembly, testing, or repair of electronic or mechanical devices.
- Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming-type devices.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and move heavy equipment over 70 lbs.

- Past experience in the gaming industry.
- Strong electronics or mechanical background.
- General IT knowledge.
