What you will do

• Design and deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement training programs.
• Coach senior leaders and stakeholders on embedding continuous improvement behaviors.
• Analyze complex processes and systems to identify practical opportunities for efficiency and service quality.
• Project manage improvement initiatives, tracking risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Change Champions to sustain improvements across the division.
• Utilize data-driven insights to turn recommendations into actionable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational excellence, Lean, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience in designing or delivering training and capability-building activities.
• Solid understanding of project delivery, governance, and benefits realization.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues and translate them into practical recommendations.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
