What you will do

• Take direct responsibility for one or more workstreams or projects, identifying and evaluating project ideas.
• Prepare high-level communications, workshops, and presentations for senior executives.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term partnership success.
• Lead and drive project execution from inception to final delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior colleagues, assisting them with their professional development and daily tasks.
• Travel as required based on specific project needs.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in management consulting or a similar background.
• Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic results.
• Fluency in English.
• Must possess the right to work in the UK.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and strong business acumen.
• Ability to think analytically, develop hypotheses, and provide data-driven recommendations.
