What you will do

• Lead technical discovery discussions to identify customer pain points and requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal Engineers to build compelling demos and proof-of-concepts.
• Facilitate technical workshops and proof-of-value sessions for prospective clients.
• Address technical inquiries, security concerns, and RFI/RFP documentation.
• Design scalable technical solutions and architecture diagrams based on product capabilities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to validate feasibility and influence roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in London.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven ability to deliver technical presentations to both technical and business decision-makers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Experience managing technical delivery discussions and responding to client technical questions.
