What you will do
- Learn and participate in preventive maintenance activities, including on-the-job training.
- Request spare parts and place orders according to maintenance processes and technical recommendations.
- Monitor equipment condition, identify issues, and restore basic operational functionality.
- Support production operators to keep production lines efficient and free from disruption.
- Participate in equipment installation activities and maintain clean, organized production areas.
- Follow OHS and company safety regulations while promoting a strong safety culture.
Requirements
- Limited or no previous hands-on technical experience is required.
- Willingness to develop maintenance and repair skills.
- Willingness to perform equipment installation tasks.
