What you will do

• Perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations on CPUs, SoCs, and AI interface graphic platforms.
• Identify defects and recommend corrective actions to design, fabrication, assembly, and test teams.
• Develop and refine failure analysis methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Maintain and optimize Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and control plans throughout product lifecycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Support new product launches, technology transfers, and toolset improvements across hirify.global sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, physics, microelectronics engineering, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of hands-on experience in failure analysis, device physics, or wafer fabrication processes, including experience gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training.
• Knowledge of failure analysis techniques, circuit analysis, and layout analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
