What you will do

• Design and facilitate GenAI use-cases to provide business-relevant outcomes.
• Drive innovation through LLM integration and RAG strategies using Dataiku and modern AI frameworks.
• Develop multimodal AI solutions and build autonomous agents.
• Create actionable implementation plans for commercial analytics practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate through automation and new capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Raleigh, North Carolina
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in AI/ML or GenAI.
• Proficiency in Dataiku LLM Mesh and RAG approaches.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA), vector databases, and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and AI-related services.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and/or Java/JavaScript/TypeScript.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the Pharma and Healthcare domain.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with TensorFlow, NLP, and PyTorch.
