What you will do

• Shape and execute a multi-year technical roadmap to integrate emerging AI technologies.
• Build end-to-end AI solutions to drive transformative customer experiences.
• Collaborate with business units and platform teams for rapid testing and deployment of new capabilities.
• Ensure excellence in data quality, model evaluation, and lifecycle management through rigorous MLOps.
• Champion responsible AI practices to ensure models are fair, transparent, and trustworthy.
• Mentor AI talent and contribute to the field via publications, patents, and open source.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Deep expertise in training LLMs, reasoning models, multi-modal models, and scalable AI agents.
• 8+ years of experience developing and deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Hands-on fluency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and MLOps practices.

Nice to have

• Experience building large-scale Machine Learning applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
