What you will do

• Develop machine learning models and integrate them into software products.
• Architect and tune high-performance GenAI solutions for edge computing environments.
• Build and implement RAG pipelines and vector database systems.
• Collaborate with users to define requirements for breakthrough product solutions.
• Optimize GenAI workloads for xPU accelerators to ensure efficient deployment.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI tools, including programming, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML algorithm development.
• 3+ years of specific experience in NLP, LLM systems, or AI agent development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Proven expertise in frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and HuggingFace.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and embedding techniques.
• Must be able to work onsite in Shanghai or Beijing.

Nice to have

• Experience with local LLMs like Mistral or Llama.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design or prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with plugin ecosystems and cross-platform agent design.
• Background in customer or partner support for AI deployment.
