What you will do

• Develop core AI-enabled automation tools and services, including custom agents and GenAI integrations.
• Design and implement RAG and GraphRAG systems for legacy software analysis and architectural discovery.
• Own the technical design and implementation of features, ensuring adherence to cloud-native standards across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead, mentor, and coach senior and junior engineers, defining and enforcing engineering standards.
• Implement secure-by-design principles and robust cloud-native observability tooling to monitor complex distributed systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including roles as Principal, Staff, or Architect.
• Expert-level mastery of AWS (EC2, Lambda, EKS, S3, RDS) and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
• Deep experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies for scalable distributed architectures.
• Proficiency in modern languages (TypeScript, Python, C#, Java, Go, or Ruby) and UI frameworks like React or NextJS.
• Strong command of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Must be based in Washington, United States.

• Experience building and operating multi-tenant SaaS solutions at scale.
• History of leading modernization or re-platforming efforts for large B2B applications.
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks (crewAI, autogen) and frameworks like Langchain or LlamaIndex.
• Expertise in Hybrid Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and Guardrail Design for enterprise AI safety.
