Managing Consultant - Energy and Utilities

Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Hybrid working requires attendance in the office or at a client site for a minimum of 2 days per week, with assignments potentially requiring up to 5 days per week on client site.

What you will do

• Help shape and launch transformational propositions for the Energy and Utilities community.
• Lead business development initiatives, build senior client relationships, own outcomes, and sell innovative consulting solutions.
• Guide FTSE 100 clients through complex strategic and transformation challenges.
• Lead teams delivering complex, high-value programmes.
• Coach team members, share knowledge, and create opportunities for professional growth.
• Contribute to thought leadership and market offerings focused on the energy sector.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or transformation, ideally in the energy or utilities sector.
• Ability to speak Scandinavian languages is required.
• Established network of senior energy-industry stakeholders and a record of developing long-term client partnerships.
• Strong leadership experience, including team management and delivery of complex, high-value programmes.
• Commercial acumen and experience developing and selling consulting propositions.
• Knowledge of the energy transition and related technologies, including renewables, storage, e-mobility, hydrogen, and CCUS.
