Salary: $135,000–$240,000 (base)

What you will do

• Lead and execute due diligence engagements and/or post-transaction engagements for private equity funds and portfolio companies.
• Ensure findings are insightful and data driven.
• Manage day-to-day project execution and drive work forward.
• Provide strategic thought leadership while maintaining command of technical and operational execution details.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication.

Requirements

• Professional experience with commercial due diligence in a management consulting firm.
• Experience working in industrials within private equity.
• Knowledge and in-depth experience with customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.).
• Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English.
