BDR Team Lead (AI): Leading and developing a high-performing team of BDRs to drive outbound sales for an AI-first procurement platform with an accent on coaching, pipeline growth, and process optimization. Focus on building scalable sales workflows, mentoring junior talent, and collaborating with leadership to penetrate the DACH industrial market.
Location: Must be based in Munich (Hybrid, >4 days/week in-office)

is a fast-growing AI-first company building a Procurement Intelligence Platform to modernize the manufacturing industry by connecting digital systems with physical supply chain data.
What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 BDRs to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Design and implement AI-driven sales processes, templates, and outreach strategies.
- Create structured career development paths to transition BDRs into Account Executive roles.
- Hire and onboard exceptional sales talent to scale the GTM organization.
- Analyze team performance metrics to identify and execute optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and AE teams to align on goals and streamline lead handoffs.
Requirements
- Fluent in both German and English (C1 level required).
- 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience as a BDR or SDR Lead.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong coaching mindset and passion for developing people.
- Must be able to work from the Munich office >4 days per week.
