TL;DR

SDR Team Lead (DACH): Lead and coach an outbound SDR team (8–10 reps) to grow DACH pipeline with an accent on structured call reviews, objection-handling workshops, and improving DACH-specific messaging. Focus on AI & tech enablement for automated workflows, and on tight alignment with Account Executives to ensure high-quality lead handoffs.

What you will do

  • Act as a hands-on leader for a DACH outbound SDR team (8–10 reps), developing skills and commercial execution.
  • Run daily call reviews, objection-handling workshops, and continuous refinement of DACH messaging to improve pipeline quality.
  • Own the DACH team pipeline target and ensure high-quality, targeted outreach that converts into sustainable business growth.
  • Use professional judgment to balance guidance with independence, helping SDRs build long-term sales capabilities.
  • Champion modern sales tools and AI workflows to automate repetitive tasks and enable personalized execution.
  • Coordinate with local Account Executives to maintain a “One Team” feedback loop on lead quality, discovery depth, and handoff efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience formally managing SDR/BDR teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, including hiring, coaching, and retention.
  • Structured coaching framework experience: break down calls, identify behavioral bottlenecks, and deliver measurable improvement.
  • Native or business-fluent German is required.
  • Deep DACH market expertise, including cultural nuances and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR implications on outreach).
  • High energy and resilience through high-rejection outbound cycles.
