Salary: $165,000–$175,000

What you will do

• Own and manage the BRx Platform product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and release management.
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering to establish governance processes for schemas, metadata, and semantic consistency.
• Develop strategies to increase platform adoption, including training, documentation, and user enablement initiatives.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure platform health, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organization to align product vision with enterprise data strategy and business needs.
• Facilitate governance forums to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment across diverse business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or Data Management.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within data products or information management.
• Proven experience working within financial services, fintech, or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of data models, metadata, schemas, taxonomies, and ontologies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in the NYC/Newark area.

Nice to have

• Experience with knowledge graph solutions or ontology-driven systems.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and lineage tracking.
• Experience building self-service capabilities and internal knowledge resources.
