hirify.global’s Capital Access Platforms (CAP) division is seeking a Strategy Director, Digital Assets Lead to define and drive its digital-asset strategy.

What you will do

• Define CAP’s digital-asset strategy across business lines, identifying, sizing, and prioritizing opportunities.
• Evaluate build, buy, or partner decisions for emerging fintechs, recommending acquisitions and minority investments.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with CAP’s broader platform strategy.
• Convert strategic priorities into concrete initiatives, including product concepts, pilot design, scaling plans, and go-to-market strategies.
• Partner closely with product, technology, commercial, and legal teams to bring initiatives to market and establish KPIs for performance tracking.
• Own the digital assets strategic narrative, present recommendations to senior leadership, and act as a thought partner on market structure and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with a strong understanding of the financial services landscape, including capital markets.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate/business strategy, primarily front-office.
• Demonstrated depth of experience in digital assets (e.g., tokenization, blockchain-based market infrastructure, digital custody, digital securities, on-chain data).
• Demonstrated experience evaluating build-buy-partnership alternatives, including acquisitions and minority investments in emerging fintechs.
• High ownership mindset and proven ability to translate strategy into execution, including product development and scaling initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to senior leadership.
