Director Of Product (Fintech): Leading the flagship consumer remittance experience to optimize global money transfers with an accent on conversion, customer satisfaction, and platform health. Focus on integrating agentic AI, designing composable UI architectures, and scaling the product across 170+ countries.

Location: Hybrid (Seattle, WA). In-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly (typically 3 days a week).

Salary: $208,000–$260,000 base salary

What you will do

• Set the product vision and strategy for the core consumer experience and translate business goals into a clear roadmap.
• Envision the next generation of consumer experience using agentic AI, intelligent assistants, and proactive interfaces.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designers to raise the bar on product craft and strategic thinking.
• Drive core product metrics including send conversion, transaction completion, repeat usage, and customer satisfaction.
• Guide the migration to a composable UI architecture to enable rapid experimentation and market-specific customization.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, and Regional teams to navigate regulatory and operational complexity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading product teams on consumer-facing products at scale.
• Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes in transactional or high-frequency consumer products.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering leaders on architecture decisions and trade-offs.
• AI-forward orientation with a track record of integrating AI tooling into product development workflows.
• Experience building and growing product teams, including senior ICs and people managers.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or global financial services ecosystems.
• Experience with mobile-first consumer products serving diverse, global populations.
• Familiarity with composable architectures or agentic AI product patterns.
• Background working with immigrant or diaspora communities and a passion for financial inclusion.
