What you will do

• Formulate effective creative strategies using data, research, and consumer insights.
• Manage the full video production lifecycle from concept and scriptwriting to testing.
• Analyze campaign performance in Meta and TikTok Ads Managers to drive iterations.
• Collaborate with production and post-production teams to ensure visual alignment with strategy.
• Write high-converting copy for video, static ads, and email campaigns.
• Identify emerging social media trends and top-performing concepts for account planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in paid social or direct response marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable creative decisions.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for persuasive storytelling.
• Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Argentina.
