What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive user retention strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior, engagement metrics, and churn rates to provide actionable recommendations.
- Execute targeted retention campaigns using CRM tools like Clevertap, Braze, or Moengage.
- Refine customer segmentation strategies based on behavior, demographics, and preferences.
- Continuously monitor key metrics such as CLTV and repeat purchase rates to track progress.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize messaging, behavioral triggers, and campaign tactics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of extensive experience in user retention within performance-focused businesses.
- Must be based in and have valid work authorization for Spain or the UK.
- Strong proficiency in CRM and retention tools such as Clevertap, Braze, or Moengage.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of churn prevention, win-back campaigns, and loyalty program mechanics.
- Proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and emerging retention technologies.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the tech, travel, or telecommunications industry.
- Specific experience with Clevertap.
- Broad awareness of the synergy between user acquisition and retention.
