What you will do
- Manage relationships with Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients in the Italian territory.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Drive new logo growth and execute a land and expand motion for top-tier customers.
- Take ownership of pipeline creation and deal cycle management using MEDDIC-style methodologies.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders through creative outreach and network leveraging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, or MICE preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar sales methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Milan office.
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence with senior stakeholders.
