Compensation: $151,300 – $195,800 (On-Target-Earnings).

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and new business prospects in Italy.
- Develop multi-year account plans aligned with customer business objectives.
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and AI adoption.
- Engage C-level stakeholders to position the business value of the Cloud platform.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and orchestrate internal cross-functional teams.
- Build and leverage an ecosystem of partners and system integrators to expand market presence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, specifically in CCaaS, SaaS, or Cloud solutions.
- Proven track record managing large, complex enterprise accounts in Italy.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Confidence in engaging with C-level executives and managing long sales cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
