Location: Must be based in Italy (Rome or Vimercate) with flexible remote/hybrid working arrangements.

Compensation: $151,300 – $195,800 (On-Target-Earnings).

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and new business prospects in Italy.
  • Develop multi-year account plans aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and AI adoption.
  • Engage C-level stakeholders to position the business value of the hirify.global Cloud platform.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and orchestrate internal cross-functional teams.
  • Build and leverage an ecosystem of partners and system integrators to expand market presence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, specifically in CCaaS, SaaS, or Cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex enterprise accounts in Italy.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Confidence in engaging with C-level executives and managing long sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
