What you will do
- Develop and execute sales activities to meet targets and expand presence in the assigned territory.
- Sign up new B2B partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) and provide training on the system.
- Manage and support a partner portfolio, including first-level support and follow-ups to improve cooperation.
- Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals, including required document flow and technical setup; ensure compliance with commercial conditions and payment flow.
- Analyze the market and competitive environment and deliver regular reporting via CRM and internal systems.
- Initiate API deals with potential and existing partners; travel for meetings and industry events (40%–50% of time).
Requirements
- Location: Reside in Sicily, Italy.
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience across the full B2B sales life cycle, focused on business development and account management.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions; strong skills with Excel and dashboards/metrics.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%–50% of working time.
- Strong proactive, results-focused mindset and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.
