FX Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the development and scaling of FX capabilities across payments and receivables from concept to launch.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in FX pricing, execution, and settlement within transaction banking.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver integrated, scalable product solutions.
• Translate market opportunities and client needs into differentiated digital product features.
• Define and manage product requirements using agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and define KPIs to drive client adoption and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in FX, payments, or fintech-related roles.
• Proven track record as a product manager or product development lead.
• Strong understanding of FX pricing, transaction flows, and cross-border payments.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Operations teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with FX embedded within transaction banking or payments platforms.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 and global payment formats.
• Familiarity with APIs, automation, and data-driven product development.
• Experience supporting client-facing product discussions and commercialization.
