Tech Product Manager (Payments)

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and squad backlogs for BT Pay, aligning priorities with business objectives and growth targets.
• Prioritise features, experiments, and improvements that increase customer value, validated learning, and scalable growth.
• Identify high-impact customer problems and design effective payment solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through delivery, launch, and optimisation.
• Lead user research and use customer behaviours to refine product solutions and journeys.
• Coordinate product plans across the wider business, unblock development, and support migration and squad delivery activities.

Requirements

• Experience working on cross-CFU or divisional initiatives.
• Experience delivering complex organisation-wide products.
• End-to-end product management and ownership experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional squads and apply lean agile principles.

Nice to have

• FinTech or payments product ownership or management experience.
• Delivery management experience.
• User experience strategy and prototyping experience.
• Product proof-of-concept, launch, and scaling experience.
