TL;DR
Product Manager (AI/software products): Developing product vision, strategy and roadmaps for Uniware’s software portfolio with an accent on customer discovery, requirements definition, AI-assisted product delivery and customer adoption. Focus on validating product opportunities, defining measurable outcomes and acceptance criteria, and coordinating Development, QA, Commercial and customer stakeholders through launch and continuous improvement.

What you will do
- Own product direction, vision, strategy and roadmap across the Uniware software portfolio.
- Lead customer discovery through interviews, workshops, product walkthroughs, roadshows and structured research.
- Identify customer problems and prioritise products, features and improvements using customer, commercial, market and usage evidence.
- Define product scope, user journeys, requirements, acceptance criteria and measurable success outcomes.
- Lead Product participation in the AI-DLC process and use AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, requirements definition and documentation.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, Commercial, Account Management and Support through delivery, launch, Early Adopter feedback and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Owner or in a comparable software product role.
- Experience taking products or significant features from customer discovery through definition, delivery, launch and adoption.
- Experience developing or materially influencing product strategy and roadmaps.
- Strong customer-discovery, requirements-analysis, analytical, commercial and communication skills.
- Good understanding of software product development, user experience and cross-functional product leadership.
- Ability to work remotely from the UK.
Nice to have
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar systems.
- Experience in EPoS, payments, catering, hospitality or retail technology.
