What you will do
- Manage complex treasury transactions across funding, liquidity, and capital management.
- Act as the primary interface between Group Corporate Treasury (GCT) and the wider Group.
- Oversee the full transaction lifecycle from set-up to maturity for products including FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, and Fixed Income.
- Ensure accuracy of processes, controls, and reconciliations for balance sheet activity.
- Support structured transactions such as securitisations and capital securities.
- Contribute to strategic Group initiatives and large-scale operational change projects.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in treasury products, capital markets, and settlement processes within Middle Office, Operations, or Finance.
- Proven experience managing transaction lifecycles, including reconciliations, payments, and investigations.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to collaborate with and constructively challenge Front Office stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Treasury teams.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma techniques.
- Familiarity with Murex, Summit, or Oracle Treasury systems.
- Experience supporting structured transactions like securitisations.
