What you will do

• Manage complex treasury transactions across funding, liquidity, and capital management.
• Act as the primary interface between Group Corporate Treasury (GCT) and the wider Group.
• Oversee the full transaction lifecycle from set-up to maturity for products including FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, and Fixed Income.
• Ensure accuracy of processes, controls, and reconciliations for balance sheet activity.
• Support structured transactions such as securitisations and capital securities.
• Contribute to strategic Group initiatives and large-scale operational change projects.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in treasury products, capital markets, and settlement processes within Middle Office, Operations, or Finance.
• Proven experience managing transaction lifecycles, including reconciliations, payments, and investigations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to collaborate with and constructively challenge Front Office stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Treasury teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma techniques.
• Familiarity with Murex, Summit, or Oracle Treasury systems.
• Experience supporting structured transactions like securitisations.
