Group Treasurer

TL;DR

Group Treasurer: Leading the development and delivery of treasury vision and strategy with an accent on corporate liquidity, debt financing, and financial risk management. Location: Must be within a commutable distance to London or Winchester, UK (Hybrid working model).

Salary: Up to £135,500 + 20% bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of treasury strategy to ensure efficient operations and financial health.
• Oversee daily cash operations, liquidity management, and short-term cash forecasting.
• Manage corporate debt, credit facilities, and capital markets activities including bonds and derivatives.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty credit risks.
• Maintain relationships with banks, rating agencies, and debt investors.
• Provide strategic treasury advice to the CFO, Executive Committee, and Board.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK within a commutable distance to London or Winchester.
• Extensive experience in treasury, derivatives management, and capital markets within large, complex organizations.
• Proven experience in managing investor, banking, and credit rating agency stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in cash flow, liquidity management, and public/private debt markets.
• Relevant accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) or treasury (e.g., ACT) qualification is highly advantageous.
