What you will do

• Track, analyze, and report CAPEX execution and monitor budget variances across manufacturing operations.
• Conduct financial evaluations of investment proposals using NPV, IRR, payback period, and scenario modeling.
• Quantify financial impact and savings from continuous improvement (TCS) projects in partnership with Lean teams.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial close activities related to CAPEX and projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to track project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong expertise in CAPEX management and investment evaluation methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
