What you will do

• Manage commercial aspects during program acquisition and development phases.
• Maintain costing database including raw materials, purchased parts, labor, overheads, CAPEX, and tooling.
• Provide financial analysis for monthly/quarterly reporting and program gate reviews.
• Participate in management discussions on program financials and drive achievement of financial KPIs.
• Support cost improvement activities with costing expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of related financial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with FACTON, SAP or similar systems, project management, multi-tasking, and data queries preferred.
