TL;DR

GTM Recruiter (SaaS): Building and scaling the revenue organization by managing full-cycle hiring for AEs, CSMs, SDRs, and leadership with an accent on outbound sourcing and rigorous assessment processes. Focus on establishing a high-performance talent function from scratch and closing top-tier enterprise SaaS talent in a competitive market.

Location: Hybrid (New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, London). Must be based in or able to work from these locations; no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.

Salary: $165,000 – $185,000 base + commission.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle GTM recruiting for AEs, CSMs, SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and sales leadership.
  • Build and own the GTM hiring process from scratch, ensuring high-quality assessment and calibration.
  • Execute outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-performing enterprise SaaS talent.
  • Partner closely with Sales and CS leadership to define intake requirements and manage active requisitions.
  • Drive candidate closing by effectively communicating the company mission, equity story, and growth path.
  • Maintain data-driven pipeline health, including tracking source quality and offer acceptance rates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company.
  • Deep expertise in assessing and hiring enterprise AEs and GTM leadership.
  • Proven track record of closing candidates with competitive offers.
  • Strong outbound sourcing instincts and an existing network in enterprise SaaS.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US or UK without sponsorship.
  • Experience running structured interviews and calibration sessions.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for companies selling into law firms or financial services.
  • Understanding of SDR-to-AE motions versus enterprise direct and partner-first motions.
  • Experience rebuilding or improving broken GTM hiring processes.
  • Experience hiring GTM talent across multiple geographies simultaneously.
