What you will do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments including Product, Technology, and Marketing.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and community networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape briefs, set expectations, and coach on interview best practices.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n to innovate and optimize recruitment workflows.
- Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness using the ATS.
- Act as an ambassador for the employer brand through candidate interactions and community engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in proactive talent sourcing and managing multiple live roles simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and provide honest feedback.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking pipeline health and translating metrics into actionable insights.
- Organized, deadline-aware, and capable of managing a high-volume workload.
- Curiosity about AI and modern recruitment tooling with a willingness to experiment.
- Must be able to work from the Brighton HQ on a hybrid basis.
Nice to have
- Previous exposure to hiring across EU or US markets.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Teamtailor experience is a plus).
