What you will do

• Develop M&E specifications including electrical, programming, and hardware requirements.
• Program software and test equipment algorithms for actuators and electronic modules.
• Coordinate vendor machine qualification, plant transfer, and installation.
• Define and integrate traceability and permission requirements prior to PPAP.
• Support pilot run events and prototype builds for new products.
• Implement lessons learned into PFD/PFMEA to improve future product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Ability to travel 25-75% of the time for vendor and plant visits.
• Experience with Cpk, DOE, and MSA studies for gage validation.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Minitab, and MS Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Automotive embedded system communication (CAN/LIN).
• Previous work with PCBA programming and calibration (e.g., Melexis, Allegro).
• Knowledge of PLC controls, Labview, and Visual Basic techniques.
