Technology Manager (Manufacturing Automation)

Location: Based at the hirify.global Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo León, Mexico, with hybrid work allowing up to two days per week from home. The role is not fully remote. No relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

• Design and technically specify new automated solutions with technology suppliers.
• Lead end-to-end automation and logistics technology projects from concept through implementation.
• Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Testing and lead Site Acceptance Testing before operational handover.
• Drive innovation in machinery, automation technologies, equipment performance, and logistics processes.
• Coordinate with manufacturing design, engineering, shopfloor operations, machine safety teams, and external suppliers.
• Maintain technical specifications, standards, documentation, and operational support for automation platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in production or engineering functions within medium to large international organizations.
• Strong project management experience in cross-functional business environments, including managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience managing suppliers of industrial equipment and machinery.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, emotional intelligence, and commercial awareness.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Availability to travel approximately 40 days per year.
