Process Engineer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Identify and implement projects that improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance.
• Determine root causes using problem-solving tools and Lean principles, then create corrective action and sustainable implementation plans.
• Manage CapEx projects and deliver cost-saving or cost-avoidance initiatives.
• Coordinate with manufacturing leadership, maintenance, and cross-functional engineering teams to establish effective processes and procedures.
• Create training materials and standard operating procedures, maintaining documentation in the Agile system.
• Define and implement process technology roadmaps covering equipment, control systems, and manufacturing analytics.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• One to three years of technical experience.
• Relevant technical experience or a preferred bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of 5 Whys, DFMEA, PFMEA, process mapping, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma concepts.
• Ability to interpret engineering specifications, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects, resolving quality issues, and communicating effectively through written, verbal, and presentation formats.

Nice to have

• Intermediate English.
• Knowledge of inspection methods for electronic equipment design, fabrication, and production.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
