What you will do

• Build reliable systems that integrate large language models into product features, including agentic workflows.
• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET) and React.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Design and optimize database solutions across SQL Server/PostgreSQL and NoSQL options.
• Apply unit testing, TDD/Agile practices, and participate in code reviews and documentation.
• Support CI/CD and platform reliability using tools such as Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• Location: Westlake, Texas
• 12+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on LLM skills: building AI agents with LLMs, including RAG, tuning, embeddings, vector databases, memory systems, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong backend skills in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET 8+, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
• Strong frontend skills in React.js (TypeScript, Redux, Next.js are expected/strongly preferred).
• Experience with SQL Server/MS-SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases, plus unit and integration testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph and frameworks for LLM applications.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSocket, or SignalR; microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Blazor or Angular.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) and cloud/on-prem data center experience (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with queues (RabbitMQ, SQS) and search/analytics engines like Elasticsearch.
