TL;DR

Revenue Operations Deal Desk Analyst (SaaS/Salesforce): Managing the operational flow and governance of commercial deals, including quotes, renewals, and amendments with an accent on data accuracy and policy alignment. Focus on optimizing the quote-to-cash process, resolving Salesforce data mismatches, and coordinating cross-functional approvals between Sales, Finance, and Legal.

Location: Hybrid work schedule at the Tunis office, Tunisia

What you will do

  • Review quotes and opportunities for pricing, terms, and policy alignment to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the processing of renewals, amendments, and new business by validating setup and contract alignment.
  • Maintain Salesforce and Quote-to-Cash data quality to identify and resolve mismatches across systems.
  • Enforce approval governance and booking rules, escalating exceptions to Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end deal readiness and resolve queries impacting commission reporting.
  • Optimize workflows, dashboards, and documentation by identifying trends and proposing improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, or CRM Operations.
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce and Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Experience reviewing commercial documentation such as contracts, order forms, and purchase orders.
  • Strong Excel skills for reconciling values and validating information across multiple data sources.
  • English: B2 proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
  • Location: Must be based in Tunisia to support a hybrid schedule in Tunis.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the SaaS or subscription/recurring revenue sector.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
  • Experience supporting international Sales, Finance, or Legal teams.
  • French language skills in a multilingual environment.
