Location: Remote (Ontario, Canada). Must be based in Ontario, Canada; travel for client visits and team sessions in Waterloo is required.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sale contact for Canadian school boards across onboarding, training, and renewal.
- Conduct proactive health checks and account reviews to drive engagement and platform adoption.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities and manage renewals to hit ARR quotas.
- Coordinate with the in-house Support Team to resolve technical service tickets and troubleshoot issues.
- Represent the company at Canadian education and transportation conferences to build relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and account activity.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ontario, Canada with an understanding of the K-12 education system.
- 2-4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or GovTech.
- Strong sales mindset with experience managing pipelines and closing deals.
- Confident communicator capable of presenting to senior stakeholders in person or virtually.
- Ability to manage a large and varied client portfolio with both proactive and reactive support.
- Willingness to travel within Canada and to Waterloo, Ontario.
Nice to have
- Experience working with school boards, transportation consortia, or public sector organizations in Canada.
- French language proficiency, especially for Québec and New Brunswick accounts.
- Familiarity with student transportation or K-12 operations in Canada.
