Salary: $96,000 - $124,000

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams across Operations, Product, and Engineering.
• Oversee the implementation of AI and automation within the 24/7 content supply chain.
• Manage technical infrastructure refreshes and workflow migrations to new technology stacks.
• Coordinate the launch of new channels, services, and live events.
• Develop project timelines, task lists, and test matrices while overseeing UAT.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from office hubs in Los Angeles, NYC, Stamford, or Dry Creek (4 days/week in-office).
• Must be available during East Coast business hours.
• 2+ years of experience managing programs or large-scale projects with delivery accountability.
• Experience with automation initiatives, file-based workflows, and cloud-based technologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or Airtable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of work experience in Broadcast, Media Technology, or IT.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI to streamline project workflows.
• Experience with executive-level storytelling and presentations.
