TL;DR

Account Manager (Mid Market): Managing and growing mid-market accounts through channel partnerships with an accent on driving hirify.global ONE Platform adoption and migrating legacy customers. Focus on developing strategic mutual plans, prospecting new business, and nurturing trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Train partners on the hirify.global ONE Platform to drive new leads and activate legacy customer migrations.
  • Develop and implement strategic mutual plans to manage and grow assigned accounts.
  • Prospect for potential customers using direct and indirect methods including networking and face-to-face meetings.
  • Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Coordinate with internal support and service teams to deliver solutions and meet partner performance objectives.
  • Conduct formal group presentations at senior management levels for larger clients.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales working through a channel.
  • Deep understanding of channel sales dynamics and strategic alliances with OEMs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Experience managing Fortune 500 accounts and projects.
  • Certification in value selling methodologies like Visualize or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
