TL;DR

Account Manager II (Marketing): Managing a portfolio of customer accounts within the company product suite with an accent on retention, customer satisfaction, and growth. Location: Must be based in Nova Scotia, Canada

Salary: $18.50 CAD hourly, plus monthly bonus incentives

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding online marketing and website services.
  • Communicate campaign strategies, updates, and performance data to assigned customers.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Resolve customer issues using active listening and empathy to ensure retention.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure campaign alignment with customer goals.
  • Mentor team members and participate in workshops to increase overall team expertise.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Nova Scotia, Canada
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
  • Strong passion for customer service and problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in online marketing.
