Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Toronto, ON, CA (Hybrid: 1 day/week in office)
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually + 6% Target Incentives

What you will do
- Respond to incoming client calls and purchase requests from unmanaged North American accounts.
- Follow up on and close transactional renewals while proactively upselling within your territory.
- Qualify and position IT solutions to expand the existing customer base.
- Create and manage sales opportunities within Salesforce.
- Monitor general quote request inboxes and provide timely responses.
- Assist clients with onboarding via the portal.
Requirements
- 1+ years of previous B2B or B2C sales experience.
- College or University degree.
- Must be open to flexible work hours and statutory holiday alignment to support US/Canada time zones.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with weekly attendance at the Toronto office.
